Your Mission
Reporting to the Chief Finance Director, you will join a collaborative finance team and take ownership of a broad accounting scope within a fast-growing commercial company. Your main tasks will include:
Client Accounting (40%)
- Manage customer invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables
- Handle payment follow-ups and maintain a professional relationship with Customer Service and Sales departments
- Reconcile customer accounts and apply payment matching (lettering)
- Contribute to monthly client reporting and aging analysis
Supplier Accounting (30%)
- Receive, verify and post supplier invoices in the ERP
- Check document compliance (purchase orders, delivery notes) prior to validation
- Reconcile and clear supplier accounts on a regular basis
General & Bank Accounting (20%)
- Post daily bank transactions, match them to the related counterparties and perform bank reconciliations
- Participate in monthly closing activities: account reviews and balance justifications
- Assist with VAT return preparation and periodic financial reporting
Administration & Other (10%)
- Collaborate with internal teams on process improvement and accounting automation projects
- Provide ad hoc support to other finance team members as needed

Your Profile
- Minimum Bac+2 in accounting, finance or business management (BTS, DUT, DCG or equivalent)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience, gained in a company environment or through a work-study program
- Experience in a commercial or industrial company is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles (purchase, sales and treasury cycles)
- Comfortable with office tools, particularly Excel
- Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite or equivalent) is a plus
- Fluent in French and good level of English is mandatory, German is a plus
- Rigorous and detail-oriented — you care about accuracy
- Well-organised, able to manage priorities independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and true team spirit
- Curious mindset and open to continuous process improvement
